I’m having issues trying to load a particular model with inserted lidar scans. the model shows progress and attempts to load but wont make it all the way. it eventually says 0kb loading and hangs. im trying to use lidar scans a a back drop for a remodel project. 178,861 kb is the file size.

Hi! It may be a bad case in which it takes a while to load—maybe wait 5 minutes and see if it eventually load.
Another thing you can try: in Sketchup, open the Ruby console (either in the Extension -> Developer or in the Window menu), and then try to send your model. Maybe there is an error that appears there.
If no error appears there, could you do “Upload to cloud”—which should work too–and then mail us the URL so that we can have a look at it?
