Visibility of tags

When I make certain tags invisible my model, they do show in vr sketch.
Is there a way to avoid this?

Hi! Tags should work when applied to groups and components. They don’t work at the moment when applied to individual entities.

Note that the documentation at https://help.sketchup.com/en/sketchup/controlling-visibility-tags says “We strongly recommend assigning tags to objects (groups and components) – and not to entities (edges and faces)”. Tracking tags on edges and faces would certainly be possible, but internally a bit messy, and so it wasn’t done so far.
